Sponsorship Sales & Fulfillment

·          Development of prospect lists

·         Development of packages—recommendation on approach to sponsorship and why (e.g., limited number of sponsors, more exclusivity; more sponsors, less exclusivity)

·         Sales and processing of all payments

·         Fulfillment—work with exhibitors to ensure logos/other information is collected and work with vendors to produce bags/banners, etc. (whatever the package promises)

·         Approvals by sponsors of deliverables as necessary
