•  Development of prospect lists

•  Development of packages—recommendation on approach to sponsorship and why
   (e.g., limited number of   sponsors, more exclusivity; more sponsors, less exclusivity)

•  Sales and processing of all payments

•   Fulfillment—work with exhibitors to ensure logos/other information is collected and work with vendors to  
    produce bags/banners, etc. (whatever the package promises)

•  Approvals by sponsors of deliverables as necessary

Tradeshow/Exhibit Sales


•   Exhibit booth sales and processing of all payments

•   Pre-sales for next year’s show (if applicable) on show floor at this year’s show

•   Assign exhibit booths/floor plan management
