Board Management
• Work with client to develop/refine the role and responsibilities of Board members

• Develop presentation and accompanying materials to train incoming Board members
Strategic Planning
• Work with the client to determine the optimal planning process to use with the
organization/its Board of Directors/planning body
• Conduct an environmental scan and identify driving forces in the environment that
specifically impact the organization
• Do a SWOT analysis
• Develop or refine the organization's mission, vision, and values statement
• Based on the environmental scan and SWOT analysis, develop strategies to take
advantage of organizational strengths and opportunities or to minimize weaknesses and
threats
• Work with client to set strategic goals and milestones
• Work with client to develop tactical plans with responsibilities, timelines, and budgets
