Marketing Research and Strategy

• Work with client to develop research objectives and a research plan to help them meet
   their objectives
• Develop research instrument(s) for approval by client
• Conduct research, whether by focus group interview, personal interview, mail survey,
   electronic survey, or a combination thereof
• Analyze and report research findings
• Work with client on an implementation strategy for research recommendations

• Work with the client to determine the optimal planning process to use with the
   organization/its Board of Directors/planning body
• Conduct an environmental scan and identify driving forces in the environment that
   specifically impact the organization
• Do a SWOT analysis
• Develop or refine the organization's mission, vision, and values statement
• Based on the environmental scan and SWOT analysis, develop strategies to take 
   advantage of organizational strengths and opportunities or to minimize weaknesses and
   threats
• Work with client to set strategic goals and milestones
• Work with client to develop tactical plans with responsibilities, timelines, and budgets
